Profoundly mixed emotions as I tinker away at the last few episodes of @BlackSunShow. Always drag my feet with endings, and this is the longest story I’ve ever written (will ever write?). It fucking hurts to say goodbye.
This week @thehorrorbiz666 are joined by Brendan Foley of @BlackSunShow! They’re talking 2021’s Malignant and 2022’s Barbarian. https://t.co/2sXg2FpEsb
*struggling to deliver lines properly*
"Who the hell wrote all these stupid tongue-twisters?"
*remembers that i write every episode*
"Ah. Nevertheless."
YALL. If you drink coffee and HAVENT picked up the limited @cinepunx blend from the homies at @EssexCoffee what in the name of the first five tracks on the Turning Point discography are you waiting for? Did you think I was kidding about a free HB shirt with proof of purchase??
It makes me very, very sad to have to write this thread. BLACK SUN DISPATCHES is, by a mile, the longest and most involving thing I've ever written. It hurts to know that it's time to wrap it up. But...it's time.
And thanks to everyone who has taken this ride through the long dark with us.
Sit tight for a little while more, my friends. I think there's daylight just ahead.
"Black Sun Dispatches" is made up of many stories, but from the beginning it has also been one giant story told in many, many parts. And the thing about stories is...they can't be complete unless they have an ending.
Huge thanks are in order to everyone at @cinepunx for always being incredibly supportive of, and patient with, our little show. Incredibly happy to know that the full run of BSD will live on this network as a complete(d) volume.
