You will have to use a REBIRTH build in order to finish the 180 stars requirement for FIRE & CONCRETE rewards because you can only earn 162 stars if you beat the entire story.

There is an ideal release point in every jump shot (the visual cue), if you release the button at that point you will ALWAYS make the shot. That point is fixed and does not shift. The shifting that Labs is talking about from shot to shot is just a tiny amount of noise that comes from the way animations blend, that’s always been in the game and always will be. That noise is imperceptible to humans but Labs’ script is very precise and can detect it.

There are no “speedups” built into the shooting model to try and make shooting harder. But there are going to be variations in every shot attempt because you’re going to be transitioning from different animations at different times at varying energy levels. The game is not intended to be played by a machine that can hold the shot button for a predetermined amount of time to make every shot, which is why shooting by “feel” will only get you so far.

NBA 2K27 is a solid game. Here's things that need some adjustments after 5 days of playing it.

Shot Artist takeover - It's so over-powered, you basically can't miss with it.

Rebounds - They bounce far off the rim. Sometimes double or triple bouncing, allowing for luck rather than skill.

Lane Steals - A lot of passes are tipped even with the Interceptor badge equipped.

Contested Shots - I think too many contested shots are falling right now. Especially layups, I've seen numerous heavies go in.
