@jeevesy61@001Oxygen Not so much World Cup finals, but qualifying. When Beckham scored against Greece in the 93rd to qualify for the 2002 finals. Me and my eldest were bouncing of the walls π€£π€£π€£
@jeevesy61@001Oxygen Not quite 2 years old, Iβm going to say 1962 probably sat on mi dads knee watching Brazil winning the world cup would be stretching it. But definitely watching England winning it is a vague memory π. Mi dad who if we get to July 1st will be 100, was around for the first one π
Watching Elvis, The Searchers. Incredible iconic performer. And at the time for me, the King. As always, overtook by greedy people around him. I truly believe he believed in entertaining the fans around him, before money. A cunt at times, but what a talent π
Bit late to the party, but someone give me a good reason for leaving Mr Maguire out of the England squad? I proper canβt understand it? If ever there was a player to dig in and stop or find a winner. Once told him heβll never be as good as his dad. Willing to eat my words.
@paulwellerHQ just listened to my Cafe Bleu special edition. Never listened to it before. Got to say, absolutely brilliant album. Worth the wait π€£π€£π€£ Always liked The Style Council from their tracks in the charts. Being a The Jam and Paul Weller fan couldnβt resist itπ
@PaulHeatonSolo@RaynerUpdates I can concur it was a proper brilliant night. Even the rain couldnβt spoil it. And at our church. The posh prick needs to get a life. π
@Pott_Shrigley_ Are they the ones going up Blackstock? If so I lived on the other side of the valley, Leighton rd. Moved there in the early 60βs about 3 years old. A really good estate at the time, when people didnβt have to lock their doors at night. How times have changed. π
