In 2001, I was part of the massive dot com bust. I was with a digital agency in Chicago for 3 years. I sat at my desk, waited for a call and then learned that I was let go.

I joined Orbitz after that. As grueling as it was, one of the best jobs I ever had. Founded by the airlines, insane tech brains behind the matrix. Beginning of all digital marketing and we had no playbook.
