Canadians should not be forced to bail out condo developers.
Condo prices in the Vancouver area, Canada's most expensive housing market, should be allowed to normalize, giving the next generation a fair shot at home ownership.
A bailout won’t create new housing — it will only keep prices out of reach for many Canadians.
We requested a review of this proposal at the Ethics Committee this week. My full remarks are below.
@Gray_Mackenzie Would be a pretty lame-ass museum that would want that, imo.
"This Sarsilmaz revolver was given to the Prime Minister by the Turkish president, but the Prime Minister had to surrender it to the RCMP, and then he took everyone else's guns too."
I’m getting really tired of watching conservatives convince themselves that changing the leader over and over is the answer.
How many times are we going to do this?
At what point do we admit we’ve never actually tried just being UNAPOLOGETICALLY conservative?
During leadership races, candidates are authentic and have bold ideas
Then they win… and the overpaid consultants hand them the same old mushy middle playbook to try to win over boomers and suburban moms.
“Tone it down”
“Don’t talk about that”
“Speak to the general”
How’s that strategy been working?
The younger generation is leaning conservative..
Try speaking to them for a change in their language and on the platforms they go on.
Be REAL. Be less polished!!!!
And find new advisors.
Police allege a semi driven by Brijpal Panwar, 35 that killed a 49 year old in Manitoba was driving without a proper lisence, and the company which employed majority TFW drivers had lost its safety certification 2 years earlier

Jamey Carney from New York State, moved to Ireland with her kid.
Started dating Ahmad Al-Saqar, a "refugee" from Jordan.
She wore Keffiyeh, was pro pally, hated ICE, apparently converted.
The inevitable happened.
Her child found her dead.
The "refugee" is on the run.
‼️🚨The Liberals keep talking about inflation rates. But when was the last time you paid for "inflation" at the grocery store?
You don't. You pay prices.
After years of Liberal inflationary policies, Canadians aren't feeling relief, they're still paying more every time they shop. Just because inflation has slowed doesn't mean grocery prices have gone back down. They haven't.
So here's my question:
Would you feel any better if, after seeing your grocery bill, the cashier told you, "Don't worry, Canada is within the Bank of Canada's target inflation rate"?
I don’t think so.
With our Conservative team, we will continue fighting for what matters most to Canadian families: affordability. That means lowering taxes on how food is grown, packaged and transported, increasing competition in grocery stores to discipline profits and removing unnecessary regulatory burdens on small and medium-sized food processors and grocery outlets.

You broke into a bar after closing to drink.
It’s just embarrassing watching you try and take shots of the other people.
You are good at doing shots, not taking shots.
In the last 5 yrs Canadians have paid a carbon tax, a tax that is crippling our economy. In that time we have saved 11.9 gigatons of CO2. It takes China 37 hours to emit 11.9 Gigatons of CO2. What the hell are we doing? It's time to end this bogus carbon tax.
The Liberal Club always takes care of themselves with bonuses and bailouts, while Canadians can't afford homes.
End the handouts for the Club. So Canadians can buy homes they can afford: https://t.co/9sMFiGdVNV
