@SkySportsNBA can I ask why you are not showing half of the playoff games on TV? There's not a single game 5 of the conf semis being shown and the warriors could progress to finals in game 5. At least when BT had the rights all playoff games were shown on UK TV.
@Hermesparcels I arranged a pick up of an item on the 25/3/21. The tracking states I wasn't in (I never left the house) and a courier will be arranged the next working day. Its 3 working days later and nothing has changed. Can this be looked into. Just want to return a wrong item
@JDWFashion is your website having issues? My partner is trying to make a payment to their account and after clicking make payment the page just goes blank and nothing loads. Tried 3 times over the past few days. Not great. Payments overdue now.
@virginmedia Yeah your agent Leslie sorted this in 2 minutes this morning. I received the original text about the parcel delivery in error. Mines is still on back order. Unsure why your system is sending texts to incorrect customers though. Waste of a day yesterday.
@virginmedia an hour waiting for webchat to respond only to be told their shift is finished. You text today saying parcel being delivered to me, yodel say different name/address for delivery. I just want to know if my new phone has been sent or not.
@virginmedia As my original tweet states no issues reported for my area. I have since pin hole reset and all devices now getting correct speeds (wired too) however I'm having to do this on a near daily basis as all devices simply stop getting any speeds (PC included).
@virginmedia I have 200meg BB. MyVM reports no issues only 2 mobiles connected rn to Shub 2ac. Your online help is all for the hub 3 there is no longer support for older models on web or connect app. Hold too long for tech sppt. Channels changed already.Any advice?
@AsdaServiceTeam can you explain why i pay for bags in delivery during current pandemic and the packers always just sit them in the crates? Its not about the 40p its just pointless and not fair on your drivers. Happens every delivery.
@boostpoweruk just got an email out the blue about your new app for top ups. wasn't told to change when ofgem switched me. It won't let me sign in (I use old economy energy app from before they went bust) also wont send me a link to create a password. Stick with economy one?
@curryspcworld hi I bought a wireless keyboard via click and collect today. Its advertised on your website as being USB rechargeable which is why i bought it, the item does not have this feature. Can I ask why you are falsely advertising things on your website?
It's been 3 hours now I'm assuming it's not arriving. I understand the current situation, I'm a key worker myself, but I would have thought if you had someones order and you knew you weren't fulfilling it you would at least call them and let them know. Refund. Please.
@pizzahutdeliver ordered online from airdrie branch 2.5 hrs ago. Delivery time up to 1.5 hrs. They're no longer taking orders and not answering their phone. Unsure if I'm receiving my dinner that's paid for?
