@Gabepluguez I get what you’re trying to say but I’ve been fat and I’ve been lean before (lost 80lbs)z Everybody bodies responds differently. Genetics do play a part. Is it an excuse to be obese? No, but it is in fact harder for others to get and stay leaner than others. That is the truth.
