Playoff drives that began on opponent's side of the field (removing kneel-downs):
BRADY: 69 out of 521 (once every 8 drives)
MAHOMES: 18 out of 202 (once every 11 drives)
PEYTON: 23 out of 283 (once every 12 drives)
BREES: 15 out of 192 (once every 13 drives)
RODGERS: 14 out of 222 (once every 16 drives)
In other words, Brady's defense/special teams gave him short fields to work with WAY more often than his top contemporaries. I am stunned.
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander's -28 plus-minus is tied with 2023 Joel Embiid for the lowest plus-minus by the NBA's MVP in a clinching opportunity in the play-by-play era (since 1997) 😳
Just fell short of winning it all with our only loss being in the state championship going 24-1. Played a big role relieving many games this spring.

Just fell short with a loss in the state championship. Team finished 24-1 with the only loss being in the state championship. Had a big role as a sophomore including a win in the regional championship. Season stats below. @DecaturBasebal1@ESProspects@DWhigham7@DcpShowcase
Outstanding play by ‘26 @VWU_BSB commit Spencer Gaylor (@DecaturBasebal1) ranging in the hole at short. Uses the turf on the long throw across for the final out of the inning.
Seahawks lead it 3-0 heading to the bottom of the third.
A moment to give some love to @BrandonNadeau16 who has caught 99% of the innings for @DecaturBasebal1 this year. The youngster is beat up after a long season, but he kept his pitchers composed all night, did a great job framing pitches, and in the end - he guided @HobgoodJohnny through the 2 biggest innings in Decatur baseball history.
The Chesapeake fans were loud, chanting towards our pitchers all night, but Brandon kept the guys focused, calm, and he is the one who got us over the finish line last night.
Having the best C in the Mid-Atlantic has meant so much to this team all season long. It doesn't show up in the box score, but there is no way Decatur wins that matchup without Brandon taking control of the pace of the game last night.
There are a bunch of ways for a C to influence a game, and Brandon Nadeau does them all as well as anyone anywhere.
