Hey everyone this is my family!
One thing that would describe me is my family and we are all very close!
I’ve grown up with very nice and welcoming parents and am blessed to have an older brother that is supportive and always looking out for my best interest.
Sweet! Now my spring break is 2 WEEKS LONG, classes are online for the rest of the semester and Airfare is CHEAP! I think I'm going to move to Miami until I walk for graduation 😎🌴
Cryin’ Chuck Schumer just said, “The American people want a fair trial in the Senate.” True, but why didn’t Nervous Nancy and Corrupt politician Adam “Shifty” Schiff give us a fair trial in the House. It was the most lopsided & unfair basement hearing in the history of Congress!
Alyssa I agree. I think today, there has been an increased amount of information for us to access. Thus I think this is a great example of abundance of decisions as talk about Barry Schwartz in his TED talk. #mavdm

Madison, I agree, I think when we face conflicting beliefs in a workplace we have to avoid the optimistic bias by resolving conflicts through discussion. By having an open mind and listening you are avoiding any kind of biases #mavdm
Matt, I agree, with the optimism bias, we as decision makers have to be aware of our opinions on certain opinions and beliefs in the workplace, for example company policies. It plays to the workers advantage to listen and respect others #mavdm
This week I learned about the optimism bias. This is important to know because we have to be open minded in the work place even if it goes against our beliefs and opinions. #mavdm
