Recruit 100 agents a year means NOTHING... if 50 leave.

Take accountability & lead. This market will be won by the leaders that build rock solid relationships with their agents and leaders. Orgs that have rock solid systems, & DFY systems increasing per agent productivity.

No one shows up to your office or team meeting?

When the energy isn’t high enough in your environment, people don’t want to be a part of it.

Raise the energy just a little bit more and help people become more PRODUCTIVE, excited about what we are doing and where we are going.

LESS homes will be sold. However, homes will be sold.

No DOOM and GLOOM. Leaders who RISE up now to lead agents through this era will be the ones to sell all of the homes. Leaders who refuse to grow will be gone, and the agents will go to the leaders see them through this.

More things and stuff in your value prop isn't going to help you recruit more agents to your company.

Stop focusing on the stuff and ASK what’s important to that human being.

[Blake Suddath | Real Estate Recruiting Coach @Blakeman]

You're losing the agents you want on your team because you are asking the wrong questions..

[Blake Suddath | Real Estate Recruiting Coach @Blakeman]

Agents leave. You didn't re-recruit them.

Every 90 days people forget EVERYTHING.

The excitement. The reason they joined. All of it fades inside that window unless somebody reminds them.

[Blake Suddath | Real Estate Recruiting Coach @Blakeman]

Raise your level of authority by becoming known for helping agents accomplish a SPECIFIC goal.
The goal is to have people think:
“This leader is known for solving this specific thing.”
What do you want to be known for solving?

[Blake Suddath | Real Estate Recruiting Coach @Blakeman]

Your job is NOT to sell your company…
Create environments where you can ENCOURAGE and EQUIP another human being to feel confident enough to take one step toward the transformation they’re looking for.
Hope that helps.

[Blake Suddath | Real Estate Recruiting Coach @Blakeman]

Team leaders and broker owners think recruiting is about the company, the splits, the brand. It's not. It's about helping agents get the transformation they want in their business and their life. Pitch the transformation, not the company.

[Blake Suddath | Real Estate Recruiting Coach @Blakeman]

If you're explaining, you're losing.

Most recruiting appointments die the second you start listing splits and tools.

Ask one thing instead. What are you trying to accomplish?

Then be quiet.

Human beings are looking for CERTAINTY…

For me, creating certainty means showing up CONSISTENTLY and knowing I’m always there.

Consistency creates certainty through thick and thin.

How do YOU create certainty for people?

[Blake Suddath | Real Estate Recruiting Coach @Blakeman]

You can’t be recommended for everything...

Trying to be known for EVERYTHING might be the reason nobody recommends you.

That is not how this works.

Get SPECIFIC about the ONE thing you want people to remember you for.

What’s the one thing you want to be recommended for?

[Blake Suddath | Real Estate Recruiting Coach @Blakeman]

I'm not the flashiest person in the room…

And I'm okay with that.

Flashy gets attention. Predictable builds TRUST.

People know what I'm going to do. People know I'll show up.

Not because I'm lucky, because I made consistency a HABIT.

What are you known for showing up on?

[Blake Suddath | Real Estate Recruiting Coach @Blakeman]

Following up MORE won’t fix a lead list that’s TOO SMALL…

If you’re following up with the same 29 people every day, you’re just waiting for them to transact.

The problem may not be your follow-up.

You may simply not have enough people to market to, connect with, and SERVE.

[Blake Suddath | Real Estate Recruiting Coach @Blakeman]

You can have the BEST message in the world…
But it means NOTHING if you have no one to send it to.
Stop obsessing over the perfect website and value proposition while ignoring the number of people you’re actually reaching.
More people served = more opportunities to create income

[Blake Suddath | Real Estate Recruiting Coach @Blakeman]

Do you want BETTER sales conversations?

Stop trying to get something from every conversation.

Go in UNCONDITIONALLY. Just connect and listen.

When people don't feel pressure, they open up. Have you ever felt that?

[Blake Suddath | Real Estate Recruiting Coach @Blakeman]

Everybody celebrates the win…

Almost nobody celebrates the work that created it.

The follow-ups.

The conversations.

The consistency.

That's the REAL business.

What are your thoughts on that?

[Blake Suddath | Real Estate Recruiting Coach @Blakeman]

Got ghosted by a lead?...

Keep setting.

Some appointments will ghost. Some will reschedule.

That’s normal.

If 70% show, set MORE appointments than you need.

Don’t take it personally.

[Blake Suddath | Real Estate Recruiting Coach @Blakeman]

Want more referrals… send 10 texts.

“I’m thinking about you. How’s the family?”

No pitch. No agenda.

Give what YOU want to RECEIVE.

Hope that helps.

[Blake Suddath | Real Estate Recruiting Coach @Blakeman]

Q1 is fueled by motivation.

Q4 is fueled by discipline.

One gets attention. The other gets RESULTS.

Which quarter will you be proud of?
