@NeckonthelineFC@PaulEmbery The dangerous militant terrorist dictatorship group occupying the Palestinian state, murdering and terrorising and pillaging the people. What are Hamas to you? They are clowns, you’re not wrong there but it is truly horrible what they’ve done.
@NeckonthelineFC@PaulEmbery You’re right, I’ve not seen any players speak out or condemn Hamas and what they are doing to the people. As there is no room for racism, there should be equally no room for terrorism.
@NeckonthelineFC@PaulEmbery I’m sure you don’t need me to remind you of what terrorist regimes do to people. Players refusing to engage in the customary shaking of hands as a sign of respect has never been an acceptance, this should be viewed no different.
@NeckonthelineFC@PaulEmbery Your beginning a slippery slope there, do you find any of the Irish condemning the terrorism that’s taken place for Hamas also? Doesn’t stop you backing them either. Taking a stance and sharing your opinions is all well and good, these footballers deserve better. Unsportsmanlike.
@SamiHenchoz He’s been better than I thought tbh and I was optimistic for him. Helps that he’s got the colossus VVD next to him but JJ has looked very assured in everything he’s done so far. As if he’s been there for years. And he should only get better as time goes on. That’s exciting
@SamiHenchoz Sarr is a good player and I’m not against the signing, is a great bridging player which helps in the now and provides Prem quality and experience.
@SamiHenchoz I guess the version of events differ… it’s done now and we can only move on and deal with what’s at hand though just seems tough to swallow when we looking at another 29 year old similar profile.
@SamiHenchoz Such a shame, he was a favourite of mine and would suit this team so well. I get the Sarr attraction but hindsight would have pushed to keep Diaz and give him the contract he wanted. Markets gone nuts now
@SamiHenchoz I’m not against the Sarr signing, just to me doesn’t make sense, Diaz could have remained an important player and we still could have got Barcola in. He did give Gakpo a bumper deal when he sold Diaz. There’s more behind the scenes that we don’t know I’m sure, it’s just weird imo
@SamiHenchoz From what was reported he wanted to leave because we wouldn’t offer him the contract he wanted due to his age but now we bringing in someone his age albeit on lesser wages. I’m not against Sarr, it’s the way it’s been planned/panned out that’s a kick in the gut for me.
@SamiHenchoz Don’t think he would be the locked on started for city with Doku and Semenyo it would play a lot and be important as he would here with us. Maybe would like a fresh start after what happened over the summer. Wouldn’t begrudge him for that.
@SamiHenchoz It’s the sort of “opportunistic” move the clubs been telling us they would look at. Would help out immediately our RB depth and long term CB/RB option.
@DeanLJS_@user193705@KM_243_ Admittedly he is a better byline crosser but we can’t pretend he’s no good because of this clip or a failed cross etc, he’s not a bad squad player to have and Iraola has already stated Bradley is his long term RB solution. It’s 1 game into the season, we need to give them time.
