@United_Africana Like everything, depends on your goals. Want to improve your cardiorespiratory fitness? Then run. Just want to burn some calories while sparing as much muscle as possible without spiking appetite to make it easier to remain in a calorie defective? Walk. Ideally you do both.

@MnTaylorsTakes@PaulCharchian If you’ve spent more than 6 months in corporate America, you are well aware there are significant number of people who fail upwards. Either they’re nice, hard working and people like them despite them not being particularly effective, or they play politics really well, etc.
