When everyone knows how much money the company has it's easier to explain things like pay and staffing levels.

- No meetings on Tues & Thurs
- Encourage turning off Slack & distracting notifications
- Track your time to better understand your distractions
- Buy your team a copy of Deep Work & Getting Things Done
If a team doesn't understand what a customer needs in a story, call them up and ask. Don't ever delegate that task to a PO/PM.
Allowing anybody to be the sole conduit to the customer is a huge anti-pattern.
