Still 3 weeks after losing my luggage going to my grandmas funeral @flybe customer service is horrendous I have been given literally 7 phones numbers 2 call 2 get an update on my claim! With not 1 of them being able 2 help! Worst service I’ve ever had! Please I need an updateASAP

@flybe I have been trying to get in contact with @EDI_Airport&no1 has gotten back 2 me,can you clarify who handles the baggage handling as I have called Arvin Aviation who I was told originally 2 do a claim with&they said @flybe DO contract the baggage handlers?But Flybe said they dont?

I have had the worst experience which is still ongoing @flybe @EDI_Airport my luggage hasn't been found 4 the last 3 days even though I have repeatedly told them that I am doing to my grandmas FUNERAL they have continued to lie about who handles this please I'm begging 4 any help
