Successfully registered my 2nd US LLC. ✅

OMTL stands for OloyeMobilityTruckingandLogistics LLC similar to the name of the first company; OM Trucking and Logistics LLC which currently owns and runs 2 trucks under the Amazon Relay program.

The goal of the 2nd company is to raise $300k between now and May 2027 to buy and manage 6 trucks following a successful pilot phase by using outside investors fund to buy, run and manage trucks.

We have raised around $100k from personal savings and friends and family funds since May 2025 for the first test round to validate idea and reach profitability.
