Also, @Xfinity , charging a separate fee to access these 3rd party apps (HBO Max, Netflix, YouTube) is ridiculous. Customers pay enough every month for subscriptions as it is. An additional fee for accessing these existing accounts through a cable box is just dirty and wrong.

Dear @Xfinity your daily updates need some improvement in the sense that when a 3rd party app (HBO Max, Netflix, YouTube) is being used the app keeps running with background audio and no way to back out of the app causing important information to be missed.
