@Dirty_Ape@patentlyo A rule of thumb that I have been following for years is to use (R) in the first instance of the trademark, and then make the the trademark a little different from the surrounding text in some way whenever it appears again. I usually use italics.
A version of Patent Grabber that is compatible with Mac OS Catalina is available for testing upon request. Official release date has not been established yet, but should not be too long.
