@AlaskaAir you cancelled my daughters flight home for Thanksgiving with less then 12 hours notice! Trying to be kind because of everything your employees had to go through during the shut down but get your sh*^# together.
I continue to be dazzled by @AlaskaAir customer service! They have cancelled 3 flights for us this week and then charged us $90 in bag fees. What a class act! Our fault, should have flown @united they take care of their clients
@AmericanAir really doesn’t care about their passengers. Worst customers service of any airline. Maybe pay your employees a decent wage so you can hire staff. I should only fly @united

@united since you wanted specifics I am now sitting at gate B53 on 10/18/20 at 6:38 in Denver and I am witnessing many flyers without masks! Just watched 4 people approach your gate attendant with masks below their noses and she did NOT ask them to raise their masks.
@AudubonNature We must have witnessed at least 1/3 of the adults there did not have masks on and there was no social distancing in food lines or near the animals. It was disgraceful and you should fire whomever is responsible for that! Your guests are not safe!
@AudubonNature we were excited to visit today until we saw the amount of crowds, no social distancing anywhere and hardly any masks. Shame on you for not protecting your guests. Won’t be back! Too dangerous at Audubon Zoo. Stay away!
