Going on 3hrs and 28 minutes on hold since I called @SAAQ at 9h30 this morning.

I've spoken to an agent for all of 7 minutes before being put on hold... AGAIN.

No one has checked in to thank me for my patience or apologize for the delay.

I am exhausted and my phone's at 42%.

On Tuesday I waited 4 hours in person before I had to leave.

On Wednesday I waited an hour for an agent to come on the line and tell me she'd get back to me only to be left on hold for 2 hours.

An agent picked up. Apparently yesterday the agent I was dealing with on the phone had to consult with someone and put me on hold because what I want to do - put my vehicle in storage - is not an option but should be.

What does this agent do? Put me back on hold.

10.5 years ago I tried to be my own personal pendulum. Apparently I was not as skilled at knots as I thought.

Funny thing tho, the shame of that failure? Still there.

@katee_robert Have you tried reaching out to the author? If you can't get yourself removed, and the author won't acknowledge you, perhaps making a statement explaining your non-involvement is an option?
