Upgrading our health sector is a top priority for the Second Republic, and we are delivering on our promise.
The Presidential Hospital Renovation Programme is moving at an accelerated pace across our nation's primary medical complexes, including the 2,800-bed Main Hospital block at the Parirenyatwa Group of Hospitals in Harare and the historic Mpilo Central Hospital in Bulawayo!
Following the successful modernization of supporting facilities like Adlam House at Parirenyatwa—now fully equipped with solar power and clean borehole water—we are simultaneously rolling out extensive, long-overdue infrastructure upgrades at Mpilo Hospital to overhaul clinical spaces and staff residences.
This nationwide, targeted phase focuses :
•Rehabilitating critical patient wards and healthcare spaces.
•Upgrading diagnostic and surgical equipment with 21st-century modern technologies.
•Integrating new medical systems to support our hard-working personnel.
•Eliminating long-standing structural and utility bottlenecks across our referral centers.
Furthermore, the Ministry of Health and Child Care, together with related Agencies, are strictly directed to remove all barriers of entry in the establishment of specialist healthcare facilities and services. Hatidi ma gate-keepers nema cartels mu health sector vanhu vedu vachitadza kurapwa zvakanaka nemutengo uripasi. Kwete. Ngative nehanya tikoshese hutano hwevanhu vekwedu. Let those with ears hear this stern exhortation.
Our goal remains clear: to build a resilient, world-class public health system that provides high-quality, affordable care to every citizen, leaving no place and no one behind.

Harare Province Charts Vision 2030 and Beyond Under President Dr Mnangagwa
ZANU PF Harare Province has endorsed a trajectory of “Vision 2030 and Beyond”, proposing the continued leadership of His Excellency President Dr Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa as the Zanu- pf Party’s President beyond 2030. Zanu-pf Harare Provincial Chairman, Hon. Senator Advocate Cde Godwills Masimirembwa, recently said the resolution was driven by the need to consolidate the gains of the Second Republic, maintain policy continuity and sustain Zimbabwe’s transformation and economic empowerment agenda towards Vision 2030 and beyond.
The province has also proposed that the next ZANU PF Congress be moved from 2027 to 2030, alongside possible constitutional reforms to harmonise Party leadership cycles with national electoral timelines. Cde Hon Masimirembwa said the proposals reflected consultations across Party structures and were aimed at strengthening institutional continuity, oversight and long-term development planning. The province’s position, he said, was anchored on the belief that President Mnangagwa’s leadership remains critical not only to achieving Vision 2030, but to carrying the Party and the nation beyond 2030........🐊✊

ZANU‑PF is not merely a political organisation but the custodian of Zimbabwe’s liberation legacy. Born in the crucible of struggle, the party carried the torch of resistance against colonial domination and became the decisive force that delivered independence in 1980. Its history is inseparable from the nation’s freedom, a record written in sacrifice, resilience and triumph.

The Minister of Local Government, Cde Daniel Garwe, made it clear that it is not Government policy to demolish houses, and that the ZANU PF-led Government has not demolished a single home.
Demolitions have occurred because some people settled on private property, or bought illegal land from land barons.
Dear residents, before buying land, let us practice due diligence. Ensure that the land has title, and that the entire transfer of land ownership is handled by the Deeds Office and qualified conveyancers.
