@valyala @mitsuhiko In an ideal world that would be true. And it probably holds for skilled workers. But there is still a vast number of eary-to-replace employees where the bower is much more shifted towards the employers. And I do think, they also have the right to decent working conditions.

One thing that strikes me again and again is how fragile the version dependencies between 3rd party libs, ot integrations and ot itself is. So the one fear I have is that having sentry in this matrix would make updates more difficult.

@rakyll We try to educate our Devs to just give us a heads up and talk to us if they do anything out of the ordinary so that we can expand our offering if necessary, before it blows up in everyone's faces.

Hey @_verdi, ich teile eure Anliegen in Berlin. Jedoch glaube ich, dass ihr hier auf einem Holzweg seid. Zum einen machen die kommunalen Träger in Berlin nur knapp über 10% der Kitas aus, zum anderen sind Themen wie Personalschlüssel bereits im KitaFÖG und der VOKitaFÖG 1/

Thema in die Ebene eines Tarifvertrags zu überführen. Das ist schade. Und dass ihr die ErzieherInnen hier für eure Ziele derart einspannt finde ich frech.
