Yes, different cultures have different ideas of right/wrong. UPB acknowledges this, and says that any idea of right/wrong is inherently a claim of universality and therefore is subject to logical analysis

No one wants to be raped. Therefore, it is immoral to be the rapist. With UPB, we can all not rape each other and live in harmony.
