@friendlymicrobe@Horabz Maybe an Excel spreadsheet that contains the different projects/to do lists/meetings updated daily would help. Though you would need to remember to update regularly for this to be effective :)
Great mentoring is a complex skill set that can take a lifetime to master.
At the same time, a few basic principles can go a long way:
-care about them and their well-being
-realize it’s about their life, not yours
-ask questions and listen
-help them see the possibilities
