But after a few months, I noticed something else happening. You stop being so desperate for women, attention and validation. You start realising how much of your life you've wasted chasing shit that gives you fuck all back.

And the magnetism? That's where it gets interesting. You're no longer that needy bastard chasing his next dopamine hit. You see an attractive woman and suddenly your brain doesn't turn into a fucking Labrador waiting for a treat. Funny enough, that's when you start noticing people responding differently to you.

Don't get too cocky though. The matrix will test the absolute fuck out of you. Just when you think you've got your lust under control, here comes temptation looking like it was personally designed to ruin your streak. That's when you find out whether you've actually mastered yourself or you've just been hiding from your own urges.

And retention alone ain't gonna do shit if you're still sitting there fantasising all day. You've got to learn how to transmute that sexual energy into something useful. Your body, your mind, your work, your family. Otherwise, what the fuck are you retaining it for?

Unless you're like me, of course. I refuse to watch corn because I believe that shit damages your soul. I've done my homework, and I ain't interested in mixing certain bloods after 2021 either. If that's your reasoning, I completely understand. But you've still got to do something with all that energy.

As for testosterone, I've experimented with things like bulbine natalensis, and in my experience, that shit does fucking wonders. Do your own homework though. I ain't a health adviser, I'm just telling you what I've personally experimented with.

Retention itself hasn't been shown to give you a permanent testosterone boost.

Two years in, I've realised something. The biggest change wasn't in my balls. It was realising just how much control I'd been handing over to my own lust without even noticing.

Turns out my dick wasn't the one who needed disciplining. My fucking brain was.
