My Sprint @AsurionCares insurance is now @Assurant with T Mobile buyout. 15 year customer, phone shuts off by itself, got denied replacement. Reason given, it's not physically damaged! Wow! So I have to break it to get help. #badcustomerservice Asurion was great #timetoleave 😡
