@winexviv Just as I am experiencing same but with the case of a wrong pin purchase that @JAMBHQ has refused to resolve to enable me proceed with purchasing a new pin and proceed with the DE registration which might likely cause me the loss of an entire (1) academic year.
@JAMBHQ@citizen_gavel setback and it'll be deeply heartbreaking.
I am eager to further my education and use it to empower myself and contribute meaningfully to my family, community, and society at large.
I humbly appeal to your esteemed office to intervene and promptly resolve this issue...
