Walmart is the largest private employer in the US, with over 1.625 million employees. Women make up a majority of U.S. associates, while "people of color" account for nearly 60% of its workforce. This means that its minority White employees are surrounded by approximately a million nonwhites even without a customer in the store. In this climate, you'd better believe that these Whites take endless abuse from their more "colorful" fellow employees along with the abuse they take from nonwhite customers.

It's hard for White people to work in a racially diverse environment. Walmart store employees take a lot of disrespect and hostility from their "colored" coworkers as well as shoppers, with (especially) Black "customers" regularly misbehaving in more or less spectacular ways. Right here on X, there are dozens, possibly hundreds of videos in which Blacks scream, topple shelves, strew merchandise all over the aisles, sucker-punch Whitey for kicks, and generally wreck the place while robbing it blind.

Walmart lost $7.4 billion to shoplifting in 2025, not counting the merchandise destroyed in chimp-outs. Valuable but easily concealed items must now be locked down. Each year, there are hundreds of violent incidents including personal disputes and mass attacks in which people are shot or stabbed, along with frequent customer aggression including verbal abuse, physical threats, and organized theft. Many employees consider the work environment hostile, and 40% of frontline workers report that customer aggression has notably increased over the past year (an y'all know who be 'sponsible fo' dat). The majority of employees experience customer abuse within any given month, and many report threats of physical assault from both customers and co-workers. Others simply don't talk about it.

So why would this huge retail chain be torturing its beleaguered White employees with anti-White BLM-style propaganda?

The Walton family is reportedly worth $475-520 billion in 2026. They've never missed a meal or anything else they might have wanted. They have no idea what it's like to be one of their "associates", working for bottom dollar and being about as expendable as an employee can get. That would be "beneath them".

Obviously, it's high time that the corporate billionaires squeezing America day receive some mandatory training in what their contemptible libtard hypocrisy actually costs the White population responsible for most of their revenue. It's killing us, and we don't even get a cut of the loot.

We've already suffered quite a lot of injury from pampered, self-righteous, moronic cloud-dwelling money-grubbing billionaires. We don't need their gratuitous insults as well. If they want to feel good about themselves, they need to do it at their own expense for a change.
