She opened their minds to various opportunities lurking for programmers and how technology was currently revolutionizing the world.

Some of the kids who stood out in performance won gifts for themselves, courtesy of Malumi.

To make learning easier, the kids were grouped in six, with laptops enough to go round and an instructor by the side.
For retentive memory, Malumi who is also the winner of the 2018 CodeLagos Hackathon Challenge used the chess symbols to introduce algorithm concepts to the kids.

The tutelage which held for about four hours was spearheaded by Software and Research Engineer, Malumi Blessing , who taught beyond the peripherals of coding and programming both in theory and practice.
