This is why your primary and secondary education needs to be solid… Whatever you learn in uni is jara, especially when it comes to speaking and self expression…
Once that foundation is broken, e go too hard for you to catch up
I saw a video on TikTok where they asked some group of Nigerian men at the gym what they would do if they wake up the opposite gender, majority of them talked about having sex, getting babygirl treatment from men, clubbing, traveling and living their lives etc, surprisingly none of this men talked about being a submissive housewife, having children, cooking & clean.
Life can humble you so fast, I don’t even know how to feel right now💔
I’ve wanted to work at this company for years. I applied for two different roles and was hoping for just one opportunity
Today, I was searching for something on my email and discovered they’d actually invited me for an interview… 12 days ago😯
I had deleted my email app at one point because I was running out of phone storage and I completely missed it😭😭
I’ve emailed them, hoping they’ll give me another chance but this one really hurts
Please check your emails. One notification could change your life. I’m hoping it’s not too late🥹
The comment section didn't even shock me. It’s interesting how achievements suddenly become less impressive when it's a woman excelling.
Women are studying medicine, running businesses, creating income streams, managing homes, and still graduating with distinctions but you think it's only men that are hustling and putting food on the table. Using that to excuse poor performance is so crazy!
Constantly downplaying women’s achievements instead of simply acknowledging them is one of those subtle forms of misogyny people rarely notice. I know what you guys are. Cry more.
After the useless yarn,
Some men in the CS: “feminist will soon come for you”
The stupid women: “They’re already here and I’m ready for them😂”
Bunch of clowns🤡
“i wanted to go visit my family and he said i shouldn’t go. i started crying , he no even send me o🤣. when he later came in , he just said ‘i’ve sent you money to make stew for tonight o’. he then rubbed my head. i sha vex make the food.
oga chop dinner still chop me 😋😋🤣❤️”
1st in my generation to witness bread being thrown out of a moving truck for citizens to run after desperately and eat as a campaign strategy. Oluwa o 😞
It’s actually remarkable how often you can stop a kid from melting down by apologizing if whatever they’re upset about is your fault. It’s very clear that apologies can help regulate children’s nervous systems, & that is NOT a minor thing.
