"charles leclerc re-enters the paddock after crashing at his home race in monaco. the place fell silent when he returned, everyone knows how this must feel for the ferrari driver."
"i hadn't heard the paddock this quiet all weekend when he entered" 💔
"i gave it everything, i knew it was going to be crucial to have the overtake, i knew that our deployment out of T3 wasn't very good compared to the mclaren. of course, all of that isn't an excuse for the mistake i made, because i can only blame myself and i was lucky to finish the race. instead of P4, we finish P6, very disappointed with the performance i put in.
it was a very good start to the season and a very good race overall, but the mistake on the last lap was a big one: too optimistic on the accelerator while staying very close to oscar, because i wanted to reclaim that podium. its been on the limit often since the start of the season, it's worked several times, but not today. we can't let that happen."
