@consequence I’m right there w/ you. It’s becoming rare to see a film that isn’t comic book adaptations, tentpole action franchises, sequels or remakes. I long for great stories AND writing AND acting. Not just noisy CGI & people dressed in spandex. The film industry has cannibalized itself.
