@SouthwestAir I've flown 3 flights in 2 wks on SW. Just want to say your crews are doing a great job! Shout out to the crew of WN263 fr IND to MCO on 2/9. Not only we're they efficient but the we're joyful with big smiles the whole flight. I'm a loyal SW fan & will remain so!
