@Chase has tried to work with @fblasvegas but is getting the runaround and can't get an answer from them on if they will refund our stay, or even issue us a credit. The illness and fear over my health is hard enough without adding this to it. #nostars

[blhbork21 @blhbork21]

@fblasvegas seriously disappointed by our experience with this #michelinstar #resort. Husband and I booked 6 day stay for our #babymoon but I was hospitalized the day after Christmas with complications so we had to cancel. @fblasvegas refused to honor their own cancelation policy

[blhbork21 @blhbork21]

They charged us for the full stay even though their policy states we would have forfeited just one night. As #chasesapphirereserve cardholders who booked this #theedit property, I hoped they would at least honor their own policy, or grant us a credit to return once I am well
