Le gouvernement a annoncé le 25 juin : 50 millions d'euros « débloqués » pour climatiser les Ehpad.

Le mode d'emploi, révélé par Public Sénat vendredi, mérite le détour.

Premièrement, il s'agit d'un remboursement : l'établissement achète, l'agence régionale de santé rembourse ensuite, selon des règles qui changent d'une région à l'autre. Les Ehpad déficitaires, nombreux, apprécieront d'avancer un argent qu'ils n'ont pas.

Deuxièmement, seules les dépenses postérieures au 18 juin sont éligibles. Les directeurs qui avaient équipé leurs chambres dès les chaleurs de mai ont fait preuve d'une prévoyance regrettable : ils ne seront pas remboursés.

Troisièmement, le recensement des besoins a été expédié par courriel un lundi à 12 h 20, réponse attendue avant 18 heures. Une directrice avoue avoir « rempli le document complètement au pif ».

Enfin, l'enveloppe est retenue sur le fonds qui équilibre les comptes des Ehpad en fin d'année.

Des établissements dont les tarifs sont décidés par l'administration, sans fonds propres, ne peuvent pas acheter un ventilateur sans formulaire et se font aider par un fonds qui était déjà à eux.

Le problème n'est pas la chaleur, c'est la mise sous tutelle de pans entiers de notre économie par la bureaucratie, les normes, les taxes et les guichets de fonctionnaires.

🚨EU's anti-democratic push for Chat Control

The EU is determined to ram through its plan to force the scanning of your private messages.

They call it 'child protection'. In reality, it is a blueprint for a privacy disaster.

The plans were defeated in the European Parliament. But in typical EU fashion, the machine has simply started rearranging the rules until it gets the result it wants.

MEPs voted the plan down in March, by 311 votes to 228. So Parliament President Roberta Metsola is now pushing lawmakers to vote again. The first answer was unacceptable, so Brussels has decided to ask the question twice.

🥴 Gaming the procedures
They are using a rarely deployed procedure to drag the same bill back onto the agenda, this time under rules that favour its supporters. To reject or amend it, Parliament needs an absolute majority of 361 MEPs. To pass it, they only need a simple majority of those present.

✍️ Breaking their own laws
The proposal is a 'temporary fix' that exempts tech companies from parts of the EU’s own privacy rules on confidential communications, so they can scan messages. Their own rules are suspended so they can read your messages.

Chat Control shows the EU at its worst: disregard for privacy, gaming the system, and contempt for democratic rejection.

They lost the vote. So now they are trying again, under friendlier rules, with your private messages on the table.

🚨 BOMBSHELL from the Dutch government:

Newly released official graphs prove COVID transmission in late 2021 & early 2022 was overwhelmingly driven by the vaccinated and boosted — not the unvaccinated.

These ministerial (Dutch VWS) “transmission pairs” data show most spread occurred among fully vaccinated adults, with a clear shift to boosted groups.

This directly contradicts the justification for the discriminatory QR code / CTB (Corona entrance ticket) policy that excluded millions from society.

The data was hidden for years despite requests. It must now be central evidence in the Parliamentary COVID Inquiry (PEC) — with experts recalled for public questioning.

Mortality is the only endpoint that cannot be gamed.

You cannot redefine it. You cannot adjust it with statistics. You cannot hide it behind relative risk percentages.

The person lived or the person died.

And when you judge the cholesterol-lowering thesis by that standard, across 60 trials and 323,950 people, it fails.

The question is not whether your LDL number went down. The question is whether you lived longer. The data says no.

Ask your doctor for fasting insulin. Ask for hs-CRP. Ask for homocysteine. Ask for your triglyceride to HDL ratio. Those markers measure the root causes that actually predict death. Not the ones that look good on a drug label.

Too-low cholesterol increases your risk of dying. Not decreases it. Increases it.

The Johannesen study published in the BMJ mapped LDL cholesterol against all-cause mortality. The result is a U-curve.

There is an optimal zone in the middle. Statins push you to the left. Into the danger zone. Where mortality goes up.

The goal was never to get LDL as low as possible. The data does not support that. Lower is not always better.

Look at where the dots sit. Flat on the zero line. Some below it. Below zero means more people died.

Mortality is the only endpoint that matters. Did the person live or die.

60 trials. 323,950 people. It made no difference.

Sans compter le fait qu'elle pourrait être facilement neutralisée par des compensations dans d'autres règles,..
