Then ask the customer who purchased the same delivery if they can come into the store instead to exchange it-

Instead of reading the invoice and ensuring the game matches what was printed, your customer now has to go out of their way to clean up the mistake when you had a simple job to match the game to the invoice.

I’ve been a customer for over a decade. Horrible customer service.
