Looking for input like this on your iGaming project? Shoot me a dm, let's chat and see where your site can benefit from unique and strategic approaches to overlooked/generic features and operations.🧵
Adopting the features from competitors could be an appealing way to onboard or retain users to clash/cases, but focusing on user benefits/offerings will be what retains and onboards players the most.
Some potential changes could be a LB overhaul, adopting a new LB system that better benefits all users across the platform. Or increasing the social aspect of play thru different player v player interactions, like challenges and bounties. A ton of different approaches here.
It was interesting to look at how a team from the NFT market approaches building a casino from the ground up.
Check out what I found their market strategy to be in the Dicey analysis.

This was one of the moves that changed the playing field for Stake and others.
We take a look back at how Kick filled the gap Twitch created and kept one of the industries strongest acquisition channels alive.
On this day 4 years ago, @Twitch announced its ban on crypto casino streaming.
What followed was the rise of @kick, the streaming platform launched by @Stake's founders that would fill the gap left by the ban on casinos.

From my third party perspective, I agree earlier on or perhaps even now for gamdom signing Steve may have been less performance based like you said - but with that there does come a time when a partnership can’t always continue with out some sort of direct performance being attributed from them, especially at his contract size. We saw this happen in real time with Roobet. they made Steve for example, begin pushing his aff code and lb’s quite hard, then they tried again to rationalize his deal by making Steve do joint promos and lb’s with other Roobet affiliates.
Think the lesson here is at some point in almost every partnership it comes down to needing to see direct performance from the creator. And sometimes when that creator has been with a single platform for so long the operator genuinely can’t continue to pencil out the deal.
Steve turned around his performance out of spite against his last partnership - it’s promising to see that for the affiliate. But I do wonder how long can this value continue to be sustained?
Gambling community, I'm asking you for help. A life depends on it.
A few weeks ago my family got news we weren't prepared for. My sister Kate was diagnosed with stage 4 ovarian carcinosarcoma - a rare and extremely aggressive form of cancer that spreads fast and is life-threatening.
It started with pain in June, while she was living in Croatia. Doctors found a tumour on her right ovary and she had emergency surgery. Four weeks later she was back in hospital. The cancer had already returned and was growing rapidly.
There was no time to think. We brought her to Munich, to TUM, one of the leading oncology centres in the world. She started chemotherapy on August 26. Six cycles are planned.
Kate is 34. An artist and a designer. A month ago her life was work, travel, plans, people who love her.
Like many Ukrainians, our family had to leave home. Kate has no German health insurance, which means every euro of her treatment comes out of our own pocket - chemotherapy, scans, specialist care, medication, and everything that comes with moving your entire life to another country for treatment.
We need to raise €200,000 to cover the full cycle of her treatment. We don't have that money.
So I'm asking you. Every dollar matters. Every like, every repost, every comment matters.
Many of you know me in this space as someone who plays straight. I'm asking with everything I have.
The GoFundMe is organised by Kate's closest friend Antonia, since Kate can't receive payouts directly there. Crypto donations go straight to Kate's own wallet. Once the full amount is raised, I'll announce it publicly and any remaining funds will go to two ovarian cancer charities.
If anyone wants to verify this story, DM me. I'll provide every document you need.
In a space full of degen fun, scams and losses - let's do one good thing that actually saves someone.
Think of it as one more deposit. Except this one can save a life.

Thank you.
@0xLeoInRio@DiceyHQ at surface level it's an appealing model. i think economic factors come into play when looking into how to segment the tiers or ranks for the lb and it's something to consider.
interested in seeing what you guys come up with.
More operators are entering the market as the barrier to entry continues to fall. But while launching a casino has become easier, operating one responsibly hasn’t.
We look into the gap the low barrier problem creates.
Anyone Can Launch a Casino. Who Pays When It Goes Wrong?
We look at white-label offers, hear from @LIQDrax, who’s seen both sides, and examine how the Bluff case shows that even millions raised don’t make the risk to players disappear.
