@vfsglobalcare Good day, I attempted to book an appointment via the website, I transferred to the Stanbic IBTC account, I was debited but the payment failed on the website. After contacting my bank and Stanbic IBTC, I was advised to contact VFS to initiate a reversal. I need a refund @cenbank

@StanbicIBTC I made a transfer from my bank to a Stanbic IBTC account, I was debited but the person wasn't credited. My bank is telling me the recipient account has been credited. I've been on this issue for weeks.

@OPay_NG How long will it take to refund my money? If I had known, I with have used Opay. I have provided the receipt and dome everything I needed to do. What else is there?? How long should I patient, it's been weeks.

@OPay_NG This is terrible from Opay, I made a card payment using my Virtual Opay Card and the merchant wasn't credited even after the transaction was successful on my end. I made another transfer and they weren't credited too. I haven't gotten a refund after days. @cenbank
