The expanded playoff isn’t about “giving more teams a chance.”
It’s about turning college football into an NFL minor league controlled by TV money, super conferences, and corporate executives.

Rivalries? Gone.
Regular season meaning? Gone.
Cinderella stories? Dead.

The NCAA created a monster they can’t control — and the schools with the biggest brands are about to break away completely.

What made college football special was the chaos. The passion. The Saturdays that felt like life or death. Now 3-loss teams will backdoor their way into a playoff while historic traditions get sacrificed for ratings.

This isn’t evolution.
It’s the beginning of the end.

And in 10 years, fans are going to realize we traded the soul of college football for a TV contract.
