Get this. Charlie and I are getting married in England right? Turns out this comes with a lot of regulatory requirements and it’s been a pain, but the worst part has been dealing with @British_Airways.

We had to re-book our flights with @British_Airways and this happened..:

@British_Airways Our family and friends traveling to the UK will also not be booking through you, nor will they ever. What a disgraceful way to treat customers at fault to only your own incompetencies.

I’m posting this to shame @British_Airways. We’ve been loyal customers for over a decade for regular trips to see family, but our business will now be moved. It’s clear that @British_Airways can’t be trusted with our wedding plans or travel.

America has gone beyond the “American Dream” or “work hard and you’ll accomplish you dreams” - To, work 10-12 hours a day just to keep food on the table and to prove you’re a “serious contributor” that shows any sign of advancement in a highly understaffed organization.
