@blinkitcares refuses redelivery or waiving delivery charge to reorder later. Refund pushed.
UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICE-imp items deliberately missed w/o informing, forcing customer to reorder (min Rs499) in surge. @albinder @nch1915

Arrogant n callous @letsblinkit delivery staff in Raipur Kalan, Mohali, most of the time.
@albinder - Hire delivery staff who -
1. Respect customers
2. Really *need and value* their jobs
rather than *attitude and asset rich* local farm land owners, who deliver for drug money !

If ur hired staff cant deliver grocery with due care n respect a consumer deserves, either change ur hiring policy or stop being in grocery delivery.

Prepaid order ORD27504520239-items thrown on ground. When customer refuses to accept, delivery person Sucha marks order 'delivered' n leaves.
@albinder hire delivery staff in Mohali who value jobs rather than wealthy farmers who deliver for drug money.

Expensive items eg 5kg Basmati Rice bags, cakes etc r billed but not delivered. Fresh Veggies/fruits arrive underweight. Theft is rampant.
Riders r in such a hurry to get paid they don't give time to customer to check items at delivery.
All this in 10m gimmick.

ORD467308671. Blinkit Delivery man Ashish 1st harassed customer into paying fast, while customer w paying thru SBI debit card n facing delay in OTP.
He then called a gang of 4 delivery men on bikes incl his father at customer location.

@blinkitcares Pls stop hiring staff frm Raipur Kalan esp agr'l land owners n promote goon culture locally.
Ths villagers gang up to hv their way manifesting further into lawlessness eg. blocking essential services.
Meanwhile, we r stopping orders until all 4 culprits r identified n blocked.

@letsblinkit if your staff can say/do this to a customer who orders nearly everyday, at times prepaid orders, wonder what can/would they do to new customers.

I had purchased 100/- per kg Rice from Blinkit but it seems to be fake product.
It's been 3 days passed since I had complained, but I have not heard anything.

#ORD385012588 w 15 items weigh'g ovr 10kg stuffed, squished in 1 carry bag. Bread, buns squished, deformed under weight of 6ltr milk, curd, softdrinks.

Pls register a formal complaint with @nch1915 national consumer helpline on 1915 (WhatsApp [phone]) to get a resolution. @inidhikhare

Placed order @blinkitcares ORD255358238 of Rs 572 on 6Jul24 at 6:10pm. Paid online at delivery, payment deducted at bank but rec'd msg 'refund initiated payment failed'. How can Blinkit refund if it didn't recv payment. It is SCAM to use customer money to run blinkit @nch1915.
