@SixtRentACar woeful service at Barcelona airport. Only 5 people in the queue. Been here +30 mins & only one person been seen by the 2 behind the desk. Rubbish
@Barclaycard 5 hours now on hold. A response here with some alternative direction would be helpful. @TheFCA welcome any support you can provide here. One of the largest banks in the world can’t answer the phone for nearly 25% of the day, the queue can’t surely be that long.
