@davidleavitt Our oceans produce over half of the planet's oxygen. There is physical evidence of the ocean dying. #Phytoplankton. Research dating back to the 50's up until now. So, yes, the ocean is small. Or, not quite as big and resilient as most people seem to have thought. #ProtectOurOcean

@davidleavitt There is evidence that our #oceanisdying. Oceanographers have research and physical evidence from the 50's up to today. Just because you can't see it doesn't mean it's not happening. The ocean is not a bottomless pit for #toxicwaste. #Deaddolphins washing up on #Florida beaches.
