@AmreeZaid We’ve had customers praising our cups, paper n plastic, n even asked us to reuse it (we dont for hygienic reasons, but if u do it in ur home thats fine)

They love d experience of using our cups! Even suppliers asked for our cups to reverse engineer. Cant put a price on that.

@AmreeZaid Having said that, i can understand why businesses go for these types-even 7e/SB pun guna! But remember when i say consistently mediocre is the way msian co do biz?

I hate that.

Why? It diminishes your customer experience. It diminishes my own experience selling to customers.

Nota:
- Boleh start dengan pecahan 30% untuk COGS, expense dan labour
- Masing-masing kena guna resipi sendiri untuk kira
- Suprisingly, cold drinks lagi murah compared to hot drinks sebab hot drinks pakai cups yang lagi mahal (ice pakai plastic cup je). Kenapa ada kedai caj tambah RM 1 untuk cold drinks? Lol. Resipi lain kot

Kesimpulan:
- Jual RM 5 bagi non flavoured coffees
- RM 6 untuk yang ada syrup/susu pekat
- Hot and cold harga sama untuk simplify the menu

Ada untung sikit, tak rugi, dan boleh praktis skill buat coffee + satisfaction serve coffee kat orang.

Ini untuk rumah, memang aku tak boleh meniaga kat kedai lagi ni. Mahal teruk hasil akhir unless boleh provide value dari tempat lain, e.g.: makanan, tempat, etc.
