I mean really all the NCAA has to do is say “This is our rules you abide by them.”If you don’t follow our rules then team is ineligible for postseason and possibly suspended from NCAA. Join another league if you don’t like our rules. You knew the rules when you became a member.

They need to do this in all college sports. That’s all they do is get an injunction and the player gets to play. Don’t let them play in any games or you are out of playoffs, tournaments or championships.
I believe Miami had a player this year playing on an injunction

The NCAA should tell Alabama if they play Charles Bediako, the team will be excluded from the NCAA Tournament if the temporary legal injunction is later overturned. Seems pretty simple.

It needs to be 4-6 other teams with the big 4.
