Det här gör mig så fruktansvärt ledsen och förtvivlad! Skansen är Sveriges viktigaste kulturinstitution. Operor, teatrar, nationalparker och konstmuseum finns i alla länder men Skansen finns bara i Sverige - och andra länders kulturhistoriska friluftsmuseum är bara kopior. Det skulle behöva startas ett stort donationsarbete, alla med en slant över borde gå in i en stödfond. You can walk most places, including alone at night

Well-kept architecture without being sterile

People composed and respectful without being cold

Children raised with real freedom and independence early

Women equal in the workplace, in the home, in public life, generations ahead of most of the world

Parental leave that actually works

Class doesn't define you the way it does in the UK or France

High trust, people help their neighbors and follow rules because they believe in the collective, not because they're forced to

Silence and nature treated as something restorative, not uncomfortable

You can leave things the way you found them and expect others to do the same
