@HiltonHotels Spent New Years Eve at Tyson Corner, VA. Online check-in app not working. At arrival, there was a l system issue. Finally checked in the room. Rooms are dated. Outlets broken, bathroom fan not working, no TV remote. Im a Marriott girl. Attended function. 😩
