We are beyond tired of watching BIPOC women have their lives and livelihood threatened for daring to imagine (and daring to create!!!) a better world. We condemn the threats that Nataki has had to endure and we stand in solidarity with her incredible work.
Here's my issue with white women: they love talking about how oppressed they are, but when push comes to shove, they'll always choose their whiteness over their womanhood.
Every standard in the Los Angeles Anti-Racist Theatre Standards document play a special part in creating the reimagined future of the stage. We will be highlighting a few that hold a special place in the hearts of those that had a hand in creating them.
