@sharon_zehr @TorontoPolice @TPSBoard It never made sense to me why grievance after grievance were being filed @TorotnoPolice @TPSBoard , yet there were never any arbitrator rulings, They don’t want an INDEPENDENT third party to get involved. That’s real DIRTY. Not a single record in the portal. SMH

@sharon_zehr That’s crazy, at this point, is their really a justice system in Canada? This needs to be broadcasted, if someone can find a journalist to bring them on the news. They’ll have to hide their identity.

Please explain this @TorontoPolice @TPSBoard ! Did you cut a DEAL with TPA?! #ToxicWorkplaces

@sharon_zehr @TorontoPolice @TPSBoard If you look at grievance portal link, the portal lists all past grievances that went to arbitration and @TorontoPolice @TPSBoard are nowhere to be found. My grievances were CONVENIENTLY ABANDONED at the mediation stage. This way, there is NEVER a PUBLIC RECORD of a COMPLAINT.

@sharon_zehr @TorontoPolice @TPSBoard The fact that they have a high level of internal conflict yet NOT a single record of a grievance going to the arbitration stage is very odd. They currently have a working group for poisoned workplace, yet not a single record of a grievance that has gone to ARBITRATION?

The Ontario gov’t posts arbitration awards. There is NO record of @TorontoPolice @TPSBoard. I think the union is INTENTIONALLY ABANDONING grievances, for its members at the MEDIATION stage! I had grievances and the union CONVENIENTLY ABANDONED them at the SAME stage-MEDIATION!

@MayorOliviaChow I think Family Studies should be a required course, unless it isn’t already. There needs to be education in managing conflict, developing interpersonal skills, and creating personal goals. By the time youth are involved in crime, it is too late. @fordnation

Why, @fordnation, under fund the @OntHumanRights tribunal? You are concerned with REPEAT OFFENDERS committing carjackings, but YOU are NOT concerned with EMPLOYERS, such as @TorontoPolice @TPSBoard, committing REPEAT HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATIONS.
