Last night, our long-range sanctions once again reached the Moscow region – for the second time this week, the Moscow oil refinery was hit. Targets were also struck in the Rostov region and in temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. This is a fully justified response to Russian attacks on our cities and communities, and another important result of our warriors’ work against facilities that sustain Russia’s war machine. I thank our Defense and Security Forces of Ukraine for their coordinated efforts – the Security Service of Ukraine, the Unmanned Systems Forces, the Special Operations Forces, Defense Intelligence, and our missile brigade for their precision.

🇦🇷 | EL FIN DE UNA ERA: la Fuerza Aérea Argentina retira los A-4AR Fightinghawk

La Fuerza Aérea Argentina informó que, hoy jueves 14 de mayo, en Villa Reynolds (provincia de San Luis), el jefe del Estado Mayor General, brigadier general Gustavo Javier Valverde, comunicó personalmente la desprogramación definitiva del Sistema de Armas A-4AR/OA-4AR Fightinghawk a los integrantes de la V Brigada Aérea.

La decisión responde estrictamente a un exhaustivo análisis de planificación estratégica institucional que prioriza la eficiencia operativa y la sostenibilidad económica.

Además, se indicó que los costos actuales de mantenimiento y sostenimiento de la cadena logística del Sistema A-4AR, junto con la incorporación de los nuevos F-16M Fighting Falcon, motivaron la reasignación de recursos hacia proyectos de largo plazo que garanticen niveles de operatividad para cumplir con la misión.
