@Lawn_Dad You can do it! I did ours 5ish years ago with little experience, hired out the drywall mudding and carpet laying because pros are so much faster at it. Was one of the more enjoyable home projects.

@aalexdee Wait until you baby doesn’t sleep and you pour money into every sleep sack/sleeping apparatus possible, just for a few hours of sleep. Also buy everything used, and I mean everything. I recommend the baby jogger city select, used is $300-$500 vs $1400.

@jamesckemp My dad was a cabinet maker, always taught me to never rely on the end of the tape because of tip ware out. He’ll always measure at 1” mark and then sub an inch to final measurement.
